我司針對螺旋運送設備因螺旋葉片過長形成的曲折使設備宣布不規則的噪音,依據長年的出產和運用經歷對螺旋運送設備制作和運用工藝進行解剖得了以下幾點使噪音顯著下降.
一(yi):螺(luo)旋運(yun)送設備由于運(yun)用長度(du)過長.螺(luo)旋葉片在(zai)運(yun)用進程中會(hui)有(you)曲折的現(xian)象(xiang).在(zai)運(yun)用進程中會(hui)于螺(luo)旋設備內(nei)壁發作磕碰然(ran)后導致噪音的發生.
依(yi)據實踐經歷,采取了(le)(le)以(yi)下措(cuo)施,一般制作進螺(luo)旋葉(xie)片(pian)外圓(yuan)與(yu)殼(ke)體內(nei)孔之(zhi)間留(liu)有空(kong)(kong)(kong)隙10mm,選用偏疼結構設計,螺(luo)旋運(yun)送(song)機螺(luo)旋軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)反轉中(zhong)(zhong)心線(xian)(xian)與(yu)殼(ke)體反轉中(zhong)(zhong)心線(xian)(xian)偏疼8mm,奇妙地處(chu)理了(le)(le)螺(luo)旋軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)曲(qu)(qu)折帶來的(de)磕(ke)碰和(he)噪聲等問題,把螺(luo)旋運(yun)送(song)機螺(luo)旋軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)反轉中(zhong)(zhong)心線(xian)(xian)上移8mm,盡管螺(luo)旋軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong)(zhong)心部位(wei)撓(nao)曲(qu)(qu)度(du)很大,可是兩距離處(chu)撓(nao)曲(qu)(qu)度(du)很小(xiao),使中(zhong)(zhong)心部位(wei)與(yu)殼(ke)體下問空(kong)(kong)(kong)隙加大,螺(luo)旋軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向下曲(qu)(qu)折,由(you)于加大了(le)(le)空(kong)(kong)(kong)隙,所以(yi)減少了(le)(le)絞龍(long)葉(xie)片(pian)外圓(yuan)與(yu)殼(ke)體內(nei)孔相碰的(de)時機,處(chu)理了(le)(le)曲(qu)(qu)折形成的(de)噪聲問題.
二、改(gai)善螺旋軸(zhou)(zhou)加(jia)工制作工藝(yi),由于頭軸(zhou)(zhou)、尾(wei)軸(zhou)(zhou)、中心(xin)管軸(zhou)(zhou)分(fen)隔加(jia)工、組焊(han)后(hou)各(ge)件同心(xin)度驗證(zheng)以確(que)保,今后(hou)再焊(han)接(jie)絞龍(long)葉片后(hou)又發生(sheng)了曲折(zhe)變(bian)形,其變(bian)形難以操控(kong),焊(han)接(jie)時螺旋軸(zhou)(zhou)部分(fen)高溫又冷卻,相(xiang)當于部分(fen)回火熱處理,改(gai)變(bian)了此部分(fen)力學性能.
1、選用(yong)(yong)工(gong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)設(she)計,車削選用(yong)(yong)一夾(jia)、一支承(cheng)(cheng)和一輔佐支承(cheng)(cheng)的過定(ding)位裝(zhuang)(zhuang)夾(jia)辦法,頭軸部(bu)分選用(yong)(yong)四爪卡盤裝(zhuang)(zhuang)夾(jia),床身(shen)尾部(bu)處(chu)用(yong)(yong)中心架支承(cheng)(cheng),在床身(shen)的外(wai)延伸部(bu)分選用(yong)(yong)專門托輥工(gong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)支承(cheng)(cheng),托輥工(gong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)支承(cheng)(cheng)作(zuo)為輔佐支承(cheng)(cheng)來(lai)添加(jia)工(gong)藝體系(xi)的剛性.
2、車削(xue)進(jin)程,螺旋(xuan)軸軸頭(tou)部分(fen)(fen)在車削(xue)前要求其精(jing)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)處(chu)留(liu)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)余量10mm,軸頭(tou)處(chu)留(liu)有80mm長的工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)卡距離便于裝夾,尾軸端的管(guan)軸上(shang)車出(chu)寬(kuan)80mm光面(mian)外圓(yuan),供(gong)中心架支承用(yong).依(yi)照機械加工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)車削(xue)頭(tou)軸部分(fen)(fen),完結對(dui)頭(tou)軸部分(fen)(fen)的精(jing)加工(gong)(gong)(gong),用(yong)鋸床鋸去(qu)頭(tou)軸處(chu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)卡頭(tou)即可,在銑床上(shang)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)鍵槽,完結全部加工(gong)(gong)(gong),制作出(chu)合格工(gong)(gong)(gong)件.
螺旋(xuan)軸(zhou)(zhou)焊(han)接(jie)葉(xie)片時,選用雙(shuang)(shuang)人(ren)雙(shuang)(shuang)側(ce)同(tong)步接(jie)技(ji)能,確保其(qi)變形量(liang)雙(shuang)(shuang)側(ce)相同(tong),彼此(ci)抵消,用此(ci)方法操(cao)控并減(jian)少(shao)了變形量(liang),奇妙地處理了制作工(gong)藝帶來的長(chang)螺旋(xuan)軸(zhou)(zhou)曲折問題。
